The display of virtual keyboard is implemented by several png files, since
employing
massive buttons lined in vbox,hbox or table is rather inefficient, with
obvious latency
when switching input method. Moreover, if we resize the png file to adjust
to the width of
screen, the character on virtual keyboard will become fuzzy, looks
uncomfortable.

Thus, making the virtual keyboard scalable to support multiple screen
geometries is hard
to achieve perfectly under current circumstance.

I wonder what mechanism is in use among the commercial phone/PDA.
