Hello,

I finally managed to make it work, looks nice :-)
I had to find out some things I didn't find in the documentation:

* It defaults to number input
* The ',' key switches the input method
* changing the input focus resets the input method

It would be very good to make the key to select the input method configurable in
some way. With this we could create way more useful images for some devices. A
longer term goal should be to make the applications provide some hint to make it
possible to select the input method automatically.
Other useful improvements that came to my mind are:
- Additional input tools such as text recognition, a numerical keyboard and a
chooser for devices without a touchscreen.
- More flexible configuration (e.g. to change the number input method on devices
without buttons like the Neo1973 or the Motorola A1200.
- Making the virtual keyboard scalable to support multiple screen geometries.
