[Gpephone-devel-ch] cygwin problem?

dear all:
now i want to know if openembedded can support cygwin, i install OE in my cygwin system, but i found my bitbake cann't normally run. if i execute it, it display "ERROR: Importing sqlite3 and pysqlite2 failed, please install one of them. A 'python-pysqlite2' like package is likely to be what you need." who can 
give me an idea? thks!
