I know nothing about the original dispute (before my time) but is there no 
chance that, after several years, the handhelds people could be persuaded to 
just delete the pages?  It is not as though they have run their own fork.

Alternatively, maybe we should be looking for search engine optimisation ideas 
to increase our pagerank in Google.
