           Summary: Edit to-do item doesn't un-fullscreen on n810
           Product: gpe-todo
           Version: 0.56
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P4

If you use fullscreen mode and choose to edit/add an item, then when you go
back to regular mode, the edit/add dialog is still the fullscreen one, only
shoved to the right by n pixels. As far as I can tell, this change persists
through closing and reopening the to-do app. It's important because the
pulldown for the calendar is pushed offscreen.

(there are some subsidiary not-quite-a-bug issues with the calendar as well:
only a double-tap to accept a date will get rid of it, not a tap on the
pulldown triangle; and in non-fullscreen mode the triangle is invisible anyway
-- which is how I got to try fullscreen mode)

This is on Graham Cobb's latest, 4/15 or so.

Nokia n800 Maemo OS2008

When an appointment is moved, please update the end date by the same relative
amount as the start date.

e.g. Say an appointment at [3:30 PM Aug 1, 2009] - [4:30 PM Aug 1, 2009] is
postponed by 2 hours. Setting [5:30 PM Aug 1, 2009] should by default update
the end date to [6:30 PM Aug 1, 2009] rather than presenting an error dialog.

I would say that this particular bug could be almost declared fixed (version
2.8+maemo+svn2). There's one last problem with the daily builds where only the
first 1.5 letters of the 3-letter month are shown. There's really no reason
not to use the excess space and show the full 3-letter name. It appears that
the space allocated is too small, both for the left arrow to navigate to the
previous month (overwrites month's the drop-down border) as well as having too
little space allocated for the month name in the drop-down.

By the way, I have added code to default the N: attribute from either the FN:
or ORG: attributes if they are present. This is because some Palm apps export
cards with no N: attributes and they are clearly never going to be fixed. This
will also help with this Nokia problem, although it doesn't fix the _ in
atttribute names problem.
