Sounds great! Help is always appreciated! Some C experience and known GTK a
little bit is enough for starting with GPE development. The major share of the
UIs are quite simple and do not even use the latest GTK features.

That would be quite useful. For the Maemo devices it you should consider to use
the Maemo Alarm framework. This is well documented and quite powerful. The only
drawback of it is that its implementation is not open source and so we can't use
it outside of Maemo.

Yes right, ltg currently does not generate snapshots. For some reason you can
turn that feature off but the links in GForge do not dissapear.
The username and password for anonymous svn access via http is anonsvn/anonsvn.
