Well this stuff is always welcome. Especially if the translations are missing.
However it seems that your patch got eaten by the mailing list.

I did not know there were some many apps missing autotools and translations.

Well I think that we have been doing quite good for Spanish. I should
doublecheck with Miguel Menéndez aka mimecar (irc nick) what is done there as
I believe he has been doing some work in that area already.
