[Gpe-list] adding autotools support to GPE apps

I have been looking at adding autotools support to some of the GPE
applications and libraries that currently do not have it.  Attached is
a patch for gpe-calculator.  It adds an autogen.sh script,
autoconf/automake files, and i18n template files (but no translations,
yet).  Please let me know if you are interested in this type of work.
If so, I have started working on patches for some of the other GPE
applications as well.

Also, if you are interested, I know someone who is willing to provide
Spanish translations for the untranslated GPE applications.  They have
not done i18n translations before, but are willing to give it a try if
interest is there.  I can submit those patches as well.

Please let me know if this type patch, and patch format, are acceptable.
