[Gpe-list] GPE .2.8 and Familiar

Hi,

I have a iPAQ 3850 and I have been trying out GPE on Familiar 0.8.4.
Unfortunately the version of GPE appears to be 2.7 rather than 2.8.

I would really be interested in upgrading to GPE 2.8 since there are some bugs
that really annoy me with 2.7 - are there 2.8 feeds anywhere for Familiar or has
GPE "moved on" from supporting Familiar to Maemo and Angstrom?

I did try using the Angstrom distro, but when I tried the jffs2 image for the
3800 devices it simply didn't work - all was flashed fine, but it simply
produced a blank screen and I reverted back to Familiar.
