Hi folks,
I have recently flashed my N800 with 4.2007.38-2 and I then
re-installed gpe-calendar and gpe-contacts version 2.8+maemo-1 as well
as gpe-filemanager, gpe-timesheets gpe-todo and gpesyncd. All o fthese
are also version 2.8. I have a bunch of libraries that have the same
version.
When I have an alarm due, 98% of the time the Calendar fails. The next
time I start it, it displays for a brief period and then fails again.
The second time I start it up it stays active until the next alarm. I
had one alarm yesterday for the first time in a week which stunned me!
That's why I say 98% and not 100%. Is there any way to get any logging
information? The other thing I find weird is if I remove the calendar
selector from the display, the next time it fails, the display returns
to the original with the selector. I have tried removing it and shutting
down and restarting it, but it does not keep the changed display.
Anyone seing these results? The alarms really ticks me off.
Also, is it possible to change the sound the alarm makes?
Thanks
Gary Baribault
