[Gpe-list] New GPE packages for Nokia N800

I need some serious help with this GPE environment.  I am completely new to the Linux scene and just purchased my first N800 Internet Tablet.  I want to install the GPE calendar andf contacts but have no idea how.  I am using a PC running XP if that matters.  I am used to exe, zip, or rar files.  Trying to figure out the linux files is making my head hurt.  Please help me get the necessary files on my N800 to run these apps.
