[Gpe-list] Debian directories

we have both, some components have their (by now quite old) upstream debian
packaging stuff there.

Maybe we just make sure that they do not end up in the releases in order to make
it easier for the Debian people. The Maemo specific ones might just want to be
renamed so that they are not mixed up with the real Maemo ones. Does this sound
like a plan?
