[Gpe-list] Preparing the GPE 2.8 release

Sounds great! I volunteer again for keeping the wiki and release info up to
date. And also for co-ordinating the effective releases.

Some improvements to gpe-mini-browser in the current svn might be worth
including either. On top of that I hope to implement multiple window support.
Before I decide to do a re-write once Zecke does release a gtk port of webkit.
