I allready found the solution with ssh and it works pretty good.

Cezary Jackiewicz has an nice "howto" on his site (

I think it is not necessary to write an init script, cause i think 
people that can use msynctool can also use ssh.
I first thougt about using an initscript, but now i think it is unsecure 
to have an always open port serving "confidential" infomations.
