[Gpe-list] Move soundgen.h

The libsoundgen Makefile.am causes the header files soundgen.h and buzzer.h to 
be included in the distribution in /usr/include/.  However gpe-calendar looks 
for soundgen.h in /usr/include/gpe/.

Presumably this is only a problem for Maemo builds (no one else has 
complained) but it seems more logical so I am planning to change the 
libsoundgen Makefile.am so that the headers get installed 
in /usr/include/gpe/ instead.  Would this cause anyone any problems?

I shall, first of all, put them in both places but I would like to reduce 
confusion by removing them from /usr/include if no one complains in a few 
days.
