Oh dear, that sounds like a bug... I'm pretty sure the next calendar _will_ have
the same id like the deleted one.

Well.. its not intended. The idea to keep these deleted events was to make it
easier for syncing applications to identify deleted events.
I would expect it to work if you flush the deleted events before creating a new
calendar. But we need to make sure to fix this soon anyway...
