Summary: GPE Calendar Applet freezes desktop when closing
calendar program
Product: gpe-calendar
Version: 0.73rc2
Platform: Other
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P4
Component: default
AssignedTo: gpe-bugs at linuxtogo.org
ReportedBy: soleblaze at skyshadows.net
Estimated Hours: 0.0
Platform: N800
When you close the GPE Calendar program and have the GPE Calendar Applet on
your desktop, it will cause your desktop to become unresponsive. All the
applets are empty white boxes, and the touchscreen does not respond to
anything. Pressing the power button to bring up the lock/unlock,
offline/online mode, shut down, etc menu will work and you can shut down the
N800 so you can boot it back up into a usable desktop.

The GPE Alarms do not work on the N800. Nothing happens when it gets to the
time where the alarm should trigger.
