[Gpe-list] keeping calendar synchronised

OK, I give up. I want to do the most basic thing: create a calendar
and keep it synced with a remote calendar on a webdav server. Can some
please post _exactly_ how to do this, because I have tried everything
I can think of, and I can't figure it out.

In detail:

1. I have a calendar on a webdav server.
2. I want to be able load the calendar from the server on to the N770.
3. When I make a change to the calendar on the N770 I want to be able
to publish the change to the webdav server (preferably automatically
[i.e., without manually having to tell the N770 to publish the revised
calendar]. But I'm willing to do it manually if there's no way to do
it automatically.

Sorry to ask for a tutorial for such a basic feature. Nothing I've
tried works, though. I can do #2 or I can do #3, but neither of them
is useful without the other, and I simply cannot figure out how to do
both on the same calendar.
