that seems to be a problem with the bugzilla release we use. For some reason it
seems to insist on setting the milestone field even if it is turned off in the
global configuration.

Right, that's definitely not what we want.

I fixed this manually for some packages but that's a lot of work. I'll try to
fix this for all packages tomorrow.
