[Gpe-list] How about a map viewer?

Thank you for your reminding. I have found component "gpe-mapviewer"
in svn, the basic idea behind both programs are almost same. I think
my program may be more up to date.

Do you think it is a good idea to replace the component
"gpe-mapviewer" in svn with my program.
