[Gpe-list] Where should I file bugs related to using multisync and gpe-sync plugin?

I used the guide from Ryan Pavlik at
http://www.cleardefinition.com/page/Sync_Evolution_and_GPE_on_N800/.

I that Categories where not synced at all, where should I report this as
a bug, gpe.linuxtogo.org or opensync.org?
