[Gpe-list] New libmimedir and new GPE for Maemo build

I have created a libmimedir component within the GPE SVN and have been using 
it to fix some of the import/export bugs.  This component may only be a 
temporary measure: Florian has been trying to get the upstream Gnome 
libmimedir maintainer to accept our patches, but with no success so far.

The new libmimedir fixes several event import/export problems, seen when using 
gpesyncd or gpe-calendar.  In particular, alarm import and export should now 
work, as will use of WKST in RRULE lines.  Please report any further bugs in 
the GPE bugzilla (http://bugs.linuxtogo.org/).  

I have built new versions of the GPE packages for Maemo including these fixes.  
They are available, as before, from my repository (see 
http://www.cobb.uk.net/770/).  The packages in my main repository have been 
tested to make sure they install and run;  I have also built versions for the 
Maemo gregale and bora (3.0) releases which are in my experimental repository 
(http://www.cobb.uk.net/770/experimental.html) and are not tested at all.

If you try out any of these Maemo packages please report back to the list with 
your experience.  I would also encourage people to try using the new 
libmimedir on other platforms.
