Summary: event_db_find_by_uid returns phantom events if UID not
                    in database
           Product: libeventdb
           Version: 0.30
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: minor
          Priority: P4
         Component: default
        AssignedTo: gpe-bugs at linuxtogo.org
        ReportedBy: g+gpe at cobb.uk.net
   Estimated Hours: 0.0

event_db_find_by_uid works by creating an event and then filling in its details
from the database. However, if the specified UID does not exist in the
database, the new event (with no data) is still returned.

It should return NULL if the UID does not exist.

This has a small impact on gpesyncd as a user could try to use the GET VEVENT
command with a non-existent UID and not get an error message. In fact clients
would normally only ever specify an event uid they got from an earlier UIDLIST
VEVENT command so this is a minor problem.
