If one-way synchronisation (from Outlook, any changes made in GPE will be 
lost) is good enough, my OWA Sync program 
(http://www.cobb.uk.net/OWA/owasync.html) may help.  However, that only 
synchronises contacts, events and email at the moment -- I have not 
implemented to-dos.  It would be quite easy to extend to to-dos but I haven't 
got time at the moment.

This is only any use if you are using Outlook with an Exchange server which 
allows Outlook Web Access.
