[Gpe-list] SVN housekeeping

Hi all,

now that we have Subversion instead of CVS we can move around directories in the
source tree easily. This means that we can improve the structure of the things
we have and move unused and broken things to a kind of archive location. In
particular the "base" section needs some structure because it contains almost
all software and libraries apart from the games.

I currently think about introducing two or three additional toplevel
directories: An archive directory for unused bits, one for libraries and base
packages like gpe-icons and maybe one for multimeda stuff.

This is just one possible solution, any suggestions (and of course help) are
really welcome.
