For what it's worth I'm not married to the existing email app on the
Nokia. It doesn't work well for me because I have multiple accounts. So
if you have one you'd rather have by all means!

I'm not sure if this is specific to me or not. Anyone? I don't merge
entries because the local sales rep will have one set of contact
information he shares with the agency he works out of and the
manufacturer of course will have yet a different set. All of these are
linked via entries in the notes section referencing the others. This
helps me when I'm faced with a product and need to find the local rep or
agency.
