It appears that setting the clock; after reflashing to OS
2.2006.39-14; on the initial splash screen is not enough. Setting the
clock contained in the menu appears to do the trick though. I can't
believe I missed this! Sorry.

When I enter an event to repeat daily it causes the days to be lengthened and
tomorrow's event to be displayed in todays view. For ex: an event set for
4:45am today will cause five hours to be added after 12pm that day; which is
from then on displayed in military time; and tomorrows event is then displayed.
This for each day. I tried various entry methods of repeating, such as entering
five separate events on consecutive days to repeat weekly and others to no
avail. In addition I cannot select 24h time display. The today view displays am
pm time; except as described above; but the individual events show 24h time.

I have narrowed things down considerably. After playing around with the
numerous options when setting an event it seems to have come down to the start
time of an event. Changing the other options do not appear to have any effect.
The behavior I described in my previous post only comes to light if the start
time of a calender event is prior to 6am. As a workaround; until this can get
fixed; I've set the start times to 6am or after and then adjusting the alarm
time accordingly. This will work but it can be confusing when viewing the
events for a particular day.
  As an interesting aside; when setting events to repeat weekly every 1 week;
the event does not start until the following week on the day selected. To get
around this, set the event to repeat daily every 7 days and it will start on
the date selected. ie If I pick 10.26.06 to set an event to repeat weekly every
1 week it will not appear until 11.2.06. While the event does appear briefly it
disappears when days are switched, calender is closed, etc.

Regards,

Peter
