bzr fetcher (my solution)

As I said I worked on a solution for this bug, too. I based my work on svn.py.
It supports dates and revision numbers for specifying the source revision.

Please bear with me: This is my first piece of python code. Still it worked
fine for me to check out an URI like this:

"bzr://research.operationaldynamics.com/bzr/java-gnome;module=mainline;proto=http;rev=311"
