[Angstrom-distro-users] minimal-image fails when ramdisk is loaded

Hi all,

I built a minimal-image ext2 ramdisk with the latest angstrom distro 
angstrom-2008.1.

I boot my linux from SDRAM using this ramdisk. Every thing goes fine 
until the kernel
tries to start init binary. It prints :

Freeing init memory 80K
Kernel panic - not syncing : Attempted to kill init

Do you know why I am having this ?
I apologize if this problem was raised before, can you point me to the 
link addressing it ?
