  USB networking resumes properly with well-known PocketPC's (h4000,
hx4700, etc.). On the other hand, it indeed depends on host side too.
For example, recently on my gentoo netplugd gone mad and bothered to
mess with usb* interfaces too besides eth*, which led to broken routes, etc.
