Now I have tried with a base image. Result is the same. This is output
from my terminal:

and no more happens. If I take the ipaq out of the cradle and reboot, it
goes in black just after the bootloader starts Linux.
What can be the reason?
Is 3950 a bad model? I can see in the mail archive another user have had
problems booting his 3950. Are other ipaqs easier/better/more supported?
