[Angstrom-distro-users] Angstrom using 100% CPU?

I just installed Angstrom on my h2200's sd card and loading using Haret.exe.
I previously had familiar 0.8.4 installed and that seemed to work find
however, I ran into several dead ends which lead me to a newer and what
appears to be a better support distro. I noticed that Angstrom seems much
slower than familiar. I ran the cpu/mem monitor. It appears the CPU is being
utilized 100%. Then I ran top. Looks like ipaq-sleep is the culprit. I
killed ipaq-sleep and xfbdev went to 1.5% cpu usage. Please let me know if
there is anything you need from me. I'm not exactly great at troubleshooting
linux. Other than /etc/init.d/ipaq-sleep stop I'm not sure what to do. It
would be nice to have the ipaq do some power management on its own.

P.S. While I'm writing could anyone tell me how to improve the keyboard
layout for HP G750 foldable keyboard. It work.quite well.except for a few
keys are misplaced. For example using the key labeled " ' results in a | \
respectively and visa versa. I will be researching this further but why
re-invent the wheel if someone else may have a quick easy solution. Thanks
in advance.
