[Angstrom-distro-users] Where to download the entire feeds (ipkg) from for Angstrom / GPE / hx4700

I downloaded all the files from
http://www.angstrom-distribution.org/feeds/2008/ipk/glibc/armv5te/base/

However, I would like to use ipkg to update and upgrade from this list.
Is there a command line way of doing this instead of using the
/etc/pkg.conf file. If not, then what would the format be for a local
install:

e.g
src	myloaddir	/media/sdcard1
