There are known issues with mono 1.2.5 on ARM, so I suggest trying
mono 1.2.6 (supported in OE).  If that does not work, maybe 1.2.9
(recently released) will work -- should be in OE in the next few
weeks.

I tried IKVM at one point as well, but can't remember if it was with
mono 1.2.5 or 1.2.6.
