[Angstrom-distro-users] Lack of modules for current kernel

Hello All,

I recently installed Angstrom and did an Upgrade (ipkg
update, ipkg upgrade) and and afterwards alot of
things are not working. I believe this has something
to do with a lack modules for the current kernel
(2.6.21-hh17). For instance my battery monitor applet
always shows the battery level as being at 100%. Also
the package manager is very unstable, it locks up,
crashes so I use ipkg from the command line. However
once the package manager crashed and it wiped out all
the launchers on my panel. I  also can't get g-ether
to work because I can't find a module for my kernel
version. Any help would be appreciated. I am not sore
if these are bugs or if I am missing something. Any
help would be greatly appreciated.
