As before, if you give the -vm option it will swap into 320x240, crop to the
centre of the video, and rotate if the video is wider than tall.
The reason why the rotation is needed is the *actual* hardware screen
resolution is 480x640, (portrait), not 640x480 (landscape), and there is no
hardware rotation.
I can extend the Vm to use 480x640 mode above a certain video size if it is
useful to anyone? Video playback is not good at this resolution though.
