After I do ipkg update followed by ipkg upgrade I don't seem to be  
able to get my wifi CF card to work. I can't say what sort it is -  
there's nothing on the card itself and I don't know how to probe it  
from either the GUI or the command line. All I can say is that it has  
worked fine hitherto.

Interestingly its light is on. Usually it flashes if it isn't working  
properly. And in the network settings utility, when I tick Wifi  
device under the wlan0 tab, it remembers what I put in before in the  
WEP settings, but immediately un-ticks wifi after closing the dialog.
