Yes, they work on my C3200 :)

This file is not an initrd image. This is tarred contents of rootfs.
Probably, the right way to install will be downloading filesystem image
and renaming it to hdImage.img, but i has not tried it.
I've just partitioned my hd by hand and untarred rootfs to it :)
