If the image for the IPAQ is similar to the zaurus images in terms of
what comes bundled with it (and I guess that it probably is), then
drivers for both wired and wireless cards should already be installed.
So, assuming the above is true, you should be able to get started by
having a look at the Networking sections of the Angstrom Manual:

To make use of the information on the page above you will need to know
how to use a terminal emulator (ie command line), be familiar with the
concept of the "root" user, and know how to use a text editor.
Anyway, have a look at the manual and post back to the list if you
have further questions.
