fixed it...

I forgot about "pccardctl reset"
I know about the "uart 16750" fix as in previous versions.. it seemed to
work without any uart change (accepted AT commands) but did not work
together with pppd when setting up a GPRS connection.

This is why I already had "SERIAL_OPTS="uart 16750" in
/etc/pcmcia/serial.opts

But this does not seem to work as the serial post still shows up as
16950/954 on insert.

Where can I fix the permanently?
