Hi All,

Just tried out some of the RC1 images for akita.

The Angstrom-x11-image-glibc-ipk-2007.11RC1-akita-installkit.tgz

image seems to work pretty well. I will upload to the images area.

Unfortunately,

Angstrom-console-image-glibc-ipk-2007.11RC1-akita-installkit.tgz

works far less well.

If you close the screen, I could not get the screen to turn back on 
again. I guess some script to do with the hinge/screen suspend/resume 
backlight operation is not present.

I'll take a look at the bug tracker.

Finally, does anyone have tips on how to test the altboot image?
