Upgraded firmware now to 1.7.4 with prims2_srec using my fedora8 laptop
(compile not needed).

Still same result :p

btw.. the card shows the same connect problem on the fedora8 laptop..
seeing all wifi networks, not being able to connect.

Strange considering it works fine using cacko.

Thanks for your help.. I'll keep on testing different setups..
