[Angstrom-distro-users] Uncertain

Yea, I just got to the packages listing after sending that email.

Has anyone had experience with AbiWord? As for a spell check, it appears I might be able to use Enchant 

Does anyone know if AbiWord can handle 1meg + documents w/o problems with the small amount of memory available on the Z (SL-C3200).

As for my question about the X11, I saw some applications related to X11. I'll have to search the site some more.

There are two possible breakers, (aside from wanting a stable release--I can wait).

1) Will my Targus Universal IR keyboard work with this distro? I had FINALLY relocated the old IR drivers for this keyboard, that took a while to locate. Or will there be support for the silicon type indestructible keyboard. I bought one, and it works on normal systems w/o any problems, sometimes it will work on the Z, other times all the keys are shifted up a row and certain keys seem to be hot keys to suspend the system.

2) Will USB hd's be easily mountable? I never did get my USB hd mounted under Opie (btw, the USB hd uses a separate power adapter and not the USB--I'm not that dumb... just close to it)

And one kinda breaker, my PIM data? Can this be easily be ported over or do I have to do that annoying pencil paper backup method?
