[Angstrom-devel] Ruby for Angstrom?

Hello,

I'd like to install ruby on beaglebone running angstrom, but I can't
find it nowhere in the repositories. I found old binary packages for
angstrom 2011.x eglibc armv7a using repo browser, but they are not
compatible with current version of the system. Compiling the system
from sources does not help either, because there is no recipe.
Googling gave me references to old emails with patches, but still no
definite answer which layer to add or how to add a working recipe to
existing layers.
Could someone help me to build package with ruby?
