I know you brought this up as a throwaway example, but seriously, I'd love to 
hear of a machine where Opie does not run because of some fault in Opie. The 
code required to "support" a machine in Opie is extremely small. If it doesn't 
start it's probably because the touchscreen device is unavailable, some 
framebuffer issue or similar thing which is really a system problem.
