[Angstrom-devel] Problem with image build - suddenly missing packages

Hello,

i have had a few moments with disk-full events
and now i am seeing that in my images there
are essential things missing from the built images.
that are kernel modules, hal and a few others.

i tried specifying a few of them but even then
it looks like those packages wont go into the
target image - even the user "haldaemon" is
lacking from the on-the-fly altered /etc/passwd file.

i already tried killing a few caches and further
were touching the bitbake conf file but no go.
my currently best guess is that the opkg system
for some reason got corrupted but no idea where
the put my finger on to reinitialize that block.

any hints are appreciated - as i really dont like
or want to re-compile the whole object tree
any few weeks all over since that takes half a week...
