I havent looked, but I suspect you are looking at the history from when
a developer accidently merged a private OE tree into OE. I did a lot
of mtn drops in this private tree in order to get a propagate to happen.

But when merged back they caused havoc :-)

Please if people notice stuff still missing restore it.
