I am not sure this is the right place to report some problems, I realise
there is a bug tracking system, but at this stage, I'm not sure who to
I've got a couple of AT91SAM9263-EK boards and have installed the
Angstrom root file system from www.linux4sam.org . I'm not sure who
actually built it. I haven't found that info on the www.linux4sam.org
web pages. However, the information therein has been really excellent.
Maybe someone knows who to redirect this to?
The troubles I have are:
1. Touchscreen is basically unusable. After the calibration, the
pointer jumps all over the place during normal operation. I've worked
around this by plugging in a USB mouse, and hacking for
-mouse /dev/input/mice and -use_cursor yes.
2. Time setting takes your timezone, but doesn't generate
a /etc/localtime soft link to /usr/share/zoneinfo/county/city.
3. There is no dhcp client installed, even though there are options to
enable dhcp for eth0, etc. Ok, so maybe the dhcp options should be
greyed out if dhclient is not available?
Apart from these minor irritations, Angstrom is absolutely fabulous.
