[Angstrom-devel] DEFAULT_PREFERENCE confusion in udev

I thought "-1" > "-115" > "-118". However, it seems my understanding of 
DEFAULT_PREFERENCE is wrong. udev-118 is picked in .dev despite 
DEFAULT_PREFERENCE = "-118".

Now I'm lost on the meaning of DEFAULT_PREFERENCE = "-118". What's this 
for and does DEFAULT_PREFERENCE = "-1" have a special meaning?

btw, there seems to be regression in upgrading from 115 to 118 for tosa
