OK, I must not understand monotone.

If I run mnt update, why wouldn't it update the conf/angstrom* files? 
Should I have to blow away the entire *stable tree and then rerun mtn?

Hmmm....

Regardless, I've now blown away the entire stable tree, and repopulated
using monotone, and I have rc7...

Confused....
